Founder and lead clinician
Every HYDROINFUSION visit is performed by a certified Registered Nurse with at least five years of clinical experience, most from emergency and intensive care backgrounds, or a licensed paramedic for blood draws and IV placement. All care operates under the clinical oversight of founder Yefoonah Christmas, APRN, a Family Nurse Practitioner with Full Practice Authority in Illinois.
Our vision
Care without friction
HYDROINFUSION was not built to serve as many clients as possible. It was built to deliver the best possible solution to each patient it serves, with maximum friction removed and no complicated systems in between.
The practice handles the demanding parts of healthcare so clients can stay focused on their day. IV therapy arrives at the front door. Blood draws happen at home or the office, with results delivered to a secure telehealth portal. Wellness products ship directly to the house. Telehealth consultations fit between meetings. One practice, one point of contact, one coordinated solution.
Who performs your at-home procedures
Discretion and clinical skill are hiring requirements, not aspirations. Before any clinician represents HYDROINFUSION in a client's home, office, or hotel, they meet a fixed standard:
- Certified Registered Nurses with a minimum of five years of clinical experience, drawn primarily from emergency room and intensive care settings, where IV access, patient assessment, and rapid clinical judgment are daily practice
- Licensed paramedics for blood draws and IV placement, selected for the same high-volume vascular access experience
- Strict corporate discretion: every team member signs a non-disclosure agreement before their first visit. What happens in your home stays in your chart.
- Verified, unencumbered Illinois licensure, current BLS/ACLS certification, and background screening
- Protocol competency review for every service they administer
Clinical oversight before every infusion
No IV fluid or medication is compounded or administered until an on-call clinician has reviewed the patient’s vitals, health history, and allergies. Annual members receive dedicated FNP medical supervision from a nurse practitioner with more than 11 years of clinical experience, overseeing their care continuously rather than visit by visit.
Where our medications come from
Safety is the first sourcing criterion. HYDROINFUSION sources patient-specific medications from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, which dispense customized formulations for individual patients based on a specific prescription and are regulated primarily by state boards of pharmacy under USP guidelines.
For context, FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities are a different category: they compound large batches without individual prescriptions and are inspected directly by the FDA under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Neither facility type dispenses an “FDA-approved” final medication; the distinction lies in who regulates them and how.
HYDROINFUSION documents its sourcing, storage, and administration standards so clients never have to take safety on faith.

Frequently
Asked Questions
Questions we often asked
Q1: What are the service hours, and can I get a same-day appointment?
HYDROINFUSION operates on demand. In most cases, the team mobilizes to provide service within approximately 45 minutes of booking confirmation. Members receive priority for same-day appointments, including acute needs such as dehydration or sudden illness, along with access to additional member-only services.
Q2: What is the exact service coverage area?
We serve a curated coverage area within approximately 15 miles of downtown Chicago, including homes, offices, and hotels. Unlike providers that advertise citywide service and then add significant travel fees at booking, we clearly confirm whether your location is within our service area. Membership holders receive service within the coverage area with no travel fees.
Q3: Which laboratory processes my blood samples, and how fast are results?
HYDROINFUSION works with a wide network of accredited laboratories. Turnaround depends on the test ordered: some results arrive within hours, while specialized panels can take several days. All results are uploaded to your secure telehealth portal as soon as they are released.
Q4:Do you accept insurance?
Individual visits are cash-pay, and memberships do not accept insurance for the membership fee. In exchange, members skip the entire insurance apparatus: direct cell phone and secure messaging access to the team leader with zero gatekeepers, and the practice coordinates directly with your family office or executive assistant for all financial logistics, bypassing traditional insurance billing loops entirely.
